Let me start off by saying that this book was so very good! It got me right from the start and kept me interested until the very end. Survive and Surpass is full of betrayal, relationships, and strong women overcoming the hardships they face.
Yuli, Camille, and Ella are brought together because of events brought on by evil Mia. They help each other overcome the disaster she brings to their lives. I love how strong these ladies were and stuck together through it all.
At first I wasn't sure how these ladies were all connected because the stories were told separately then they later mingled in together. This helped build the story line so it kept me trying to figure out what was going to happen next. The writing was so good. I felt like I was right there with each of the ladies and a part of their lives. The characters felt very real and the author did a great job of letting us feel their pain and joy.
