Lavender Oil is one of the most well known essential oils. It has so many uses. It is used in aromatherapy, massage- be sure to add a carrier oil with it, skin care, relaxation, and more. It is highly effective in treating anxiety, depression, and stress. It can also help with headaches, migraines, and as a sleep aid. I find it wonderful to add a bit of lavender oil to a bath before bed or have it in the diffuser for an hour or two in the evening to start to wind down.
