Sitting for long periods of time is not good for the body. Sometimes we just can't help it though. I spend half my day doing housework and the other half homeschooling our 4 boys and working on my computer at the dining room table. Wooden chairs are not comfortable for long periods of time! I've only had this CushionCare Memory Foam Seat Cushion for a few days now but I am loving it!
It is so soft and comfortable. It has me sitting up straighter and my back and behind do not hurt after sitting for an extended period of time. It is made from 100% memory foam and is not supposed to flatten even after extensive use.

A zipper on the bottom so it can easily be removed for washing.
