Yoga Sweat DVD Review

I love trying new workouts to keep my body from getting used to the same routine. Plus it always helps when I seem to get stuck in a plateau.

This Yoga Sweat DVD is an 80 minute workout for ultimate weight loss. It includes two 30 minute workouts and also a 10 minute warm up and 10 minute cool down.

I actually skim watched it before I did the workout the first time so I would have an idea what was going on. I think it especially helped because a lot of positions your head is down. It is like any new workout- it just takes a few rounds of getting it down. I am able to do all of the poses. Some I do have to modify since I'm not super flexible but I make it work to what my body is comfortable with and I know I will just improve over time. I don't do the whole entire DVD all at once though. It is a fast paced workout so you do need to pay attention.

The narrative is very good and clear. It helped me a lot. She also reminds you to breathe which is helpful. Her voice is pleasant also. It is a really good workout and definitely made me work up a sweat. I do like to keep my routines mixed up so this DVD is in my rotation. I do have to say though I have been using the warm up and cool down parts quite a bit. I actually have been starting my day with the warm up and ending my day with the cool down. They are really good just for stretching in general.

You can find this Yoga Sweat DVD on Amazon.
