I've used this under my eyes the last few days. It does seem to help lighten my dark circles a bit and also reduce the puffiness I have when I wake up in the morning. It has a nice clean scent to it and soaks in quickly. It doesn't leave my skin greasy. I did try a bit on my forehead area but it seemed to tingle slightly so I haven't used it again there. I've not noticed any tingle when using under my eyes so I will continue to use it for that purpose. That is where I have my main issues anyways.
