Citrus - Book Review

This little cookbook has 75 recipes that will make you think warm and sunny. It is broken down into sections by type of citrus including lemons, limes, grapefruit, oranges, tangerines, and then an everything else section. At the beginning is also a section about citrus basics like buying, storing, zesting, and juicing. It has desserts, beverages, salads, and main dishes to name a few. A few recipes that stood out to me are Clementine Curd, Lime Chicken Curry, and Lemon Gateau.

You can find out more about this book here. The pictures in this cookbook are beautiful. I love the variety of recipes included and look forward to the citrus season ahead.

* I received this book from Blogging For Books for this review. Opinions are my own.
