Dead Sea Mud Mask Review

It's been awhile since I've used any kind of mask on my face so I was looking forward to trying this one. This Dead Sea Mud Mask from Pure & Essential Minerals was like a spa treatment at home.

It is easy to use. Just apply to your face and neck area and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes and then wash off. The first time I used it I just left it on for 5 minutes because I wasn't sure how my skin would react. I had no issues at all. I did feel a little tingling but my face felt so fresh and very clean afterwards. My skin was also very smooth. It did not feel dried out or tight at all. I'm looking forward to using this mask every week to pamper my skin. It just feels so good.

As the mask dries, it draws out excess oils and impurities from your skin. At the same time it infuses your skin with ancient Dead Sea minerals and essential oils. It contains 100% natural and organic ingredients. It contains no harsh chemicals or artificial additives. BakeitFun Silicone Baking Mat Green Edition Review

I spend a lot of time in the kitchen baking and cooking for my family. I love having items that make it more enjoyable and easier on me. This handy Silicone Baking Mat from BakeitFun is one of those must have products! It is pretty awesome.

My mat is half sheet size and measures 11" x 16.5" and fits into a 13" x 18" pan. They do offer other colors besides this green. The mats are made from premium silicone and can be used up to 2,000 times! They are safe for the oven, microwave, and freezer. (-40F to 450F) You DO NOT want to use sharp metal tools like knives or pizza cutters on these mats.

Before the first use you do want to wash it with hot soapy water, dry it, and then apply a thin layer of cooking oil. This is only needed before the first use. If you do wash it in your dishwasher you will need to apply the oil again. I just find it easier to just hand wash and then dry it. It just needs to be stored rolled up or flat.

Cookies just slide off the mat! 

These mats are German Food Grade Approved, BPA free, and FDA safe. They have rulers along the side to help measure food placement and also circles to help with cookie sizing. I just love how easily my cookies have slide off. It makes for super easy cleanup and I'm not needing to use cooking spray.

This mat would be a great bridal shower gift or a gift for any baker in your life. I'm thinking my mom would love to have one. She hates it when her cookies stick. Nobody likes it when their cookies stick! Maybe you need one too.

Probiotic Chews for Dogs with Prebiotics Review

Our dog Cora was happy to be my tester for these Probiotic Chews for Dogs with Prebiotics from Paw Choice. This resealable bag has 60 little chewy bones that are Duck flavored.

These can be used daily. I started out giving our dog just one every other day or so. I wanted to be sure she didn't have any problems with them. No issues and she really likes them! She doesn't have any issues on a daily basis but sometimes she finds things to eat outside that are probably not so great for her and then she has tummy troubles. I'm hoping these will help with that when the time comes.

Set of 3 Resistance Loop Bands Review

This set of 3 resistance loop bands from Fortitude Fitness makes sure you have no excuses for not working out. You can take them anywhere with you. It comes with light, medium, and heavy levels of bands and a little bag to stash them in.

The bands are each 2" wide and 10" long and made from eco-friendly (natural) 100% latex. I have used them for arm and leg workouts and notice they don't dig into my skin like other bands I've used. They also don't seem to have such a strong smell like some other bands do. At least to me I don't notice it as much. You might notice it more on your hands after using them than anything. I just be sure to always wash my hands well anyways after using any of my workout gear.

These bands are a great addition to have to mix up my fitness routines. I tend to get bored doing the same things over and over. These are great because they don't take up a lot of space and are so versatile. These bands are also used by physical therapists for rehabilitation for many types of injuries.

Syono Gel Insoles Review

I've been using these gel insoles from Syono in my shoes for the last few days. While I don't do strenuous work I am on my feet most of my day at home on tile floor. I've found in general my feet feel better if I wear shoes instead of bare feet. Adding these insoles have made a bit of difference I think. I do notice it on my left foot a lot more than my right. It must be the way I stand or walk but I can really feel the extra cushion in the arch and toe area quite a bit.

These come oversized so you just need to cut them down to fit your shoe. The Syono Gel Insoles provide cushioning and support to help alleviate pain throughout your body.

I know everyone is different when it comes to how much cushion you need or what is comfortable for you. These are working well for me at the moment and I will continue to keep them in my shoes for added comfort. You may have a different opinion.

Organic Dandelion Root Tea Review

I have heard so many good things about Dandelion Root Tea. I have been dabbling in trying more teas over the last year or so. I know tea in general  is so good for you. I also think just sitting down and enjoying a hot cup of tea and taking a minute to just relax is just what a body needs sometimes.

I wasn't really sure what to expect from the taste but this was a very soothing and nice cup of tea. This Organic Dandelion Root Tea from Kiss Me Organics has hibiscus and cinnamon included. It's just enough to taste and really makes it enjoyable. In the back of my head I just kept thinking oh, this is going to taste like drinking weeds. Not the case at all!

Dandelion root tea helps support healthy digestion, kidney health, and liver function. It detoxes the liver and kidneys from toxins that can build up in your body. It is rich in Vitamins A, C, D, and B-complex plus Iron, Potassium, and Zinc. Hibiscus has been shown to help regulate blood pressure and cinnamon has been shown to regulate blood sugar and reduce bad cholesterol. This tea is also naturally caffeine free.

I can see myself drinking this tea once or twice a week. I do know it can have a bit of a laxative effect on some people. I've not had this issue but don't want to overdo it. If you've been on the fence about trying this tea I think you should at least give it a try. One cup and you may be hooked.
