This 3 pack of 5 Ft Long Exercise Bands from URBNFit will help you strengthen and tone all over. I love that they are marked so it's very easy to tell which band is which. I've used others that it's really hard to tell the difference. The bands are sturdy and at 5 feet long they can be used a variety of ways. A door anchor (black little strip) is also included.
I have been using these along with some of my exercise DVDs and also just on their own for stretching. These would also be great to toss in your bag when you travel so you can still get in a good workout.
They are made of professional grade high quality latex rubber. Mine did have quite a strong smell when I first opened them but after letting them air out a bit it has helped some.
