I love experimenting in the kitchen with new products so I was excited to try using coconut flour for the first time. I have heard a bit about coconut flour and knew enough that it can't just be swapped out for the same amount as regular flour. I did a little searching on the internet for some recipes so I wouldn't end up with a flopped mess. I hate wasting good ingredients.
I found a recipe for coconut flour bread and I had all the ingredients. I was not in the mood for running into the store on a Saturday. I also found a chocolate chip cookie recipe but I didn't have all the ingredients needed so I put them on my shopping list for next time.
