Arvazallia Advanced Hair Repair Shampoo, Conditioner, & Mask Review

This shampoo, conditioner, and mask from Arvazallia have made my hair feel and look so much softer and silkier. It gets so dry and unhealthy looking at this time of year. I could feel a difference even after the first use. It has also really helped to make my hair not as frizzy. The scent is wonderful. It makes me think I've just stepped out of the salon.

Shampoo

The Arvazallia Advanced Hair Repair Moisturizing Shampoo and Repair Daily Conditioner are specially formulated to work in combination to restore, strengthen, and revitalize hair that is damaged or weakened by heat styling, chemical processing, or coloring. I don't use any chemicals or color my hair but I do use my hair dryer and flat iron often so this is a great product for me. 

Mask

The Hydrating Argan Oil Hair Mask just needs to be in your hair for 5 minutes to give you silkier and softer hair. It hydrates, conditions, and moisturizes hair. I have only used this twice and it has done wonders for my hair. I alternate this with the conditioner.

Kiva Smoked Spanish Paprika Review

No kitchen should be without some good quality paprika. This smoked paprika from Kiva has such a nice smokey flavor. I absolutely love the vibrant red color it adds to my dishes. 

Kiva imports their smoked paprika from the famous La Vera region of Spain. The paprika is made in small batches to ensure optimum flavor, aroma, and color. Kiva is committed to only using ingredients that are sourced directly from local farmers that practice sustainable and eco-friendly methods.

I added the Sweet Smoked to pork chops.

I used the Hot Smoked on my scrambled eggs.

You can add the Sweet Smoked or the Hot Smoked to rice, meat, seafood, eggs, stews, soups, vegetables or anything else you want to liven up. Obviously the Sweet Smoked has a bit of slightly sweet flavor and the Hot Smoked a bit of spicy flavor. I like the idea of having both so I can use according to who I am cooking for. My kids sometimes are not into anything with even a bit of spicy to it.

Globe In Feb Box Review

Globe In World Kitchen Box

I recently discovered this company called Globe In a few weeks ago while I was wandering around on Facebook. I had seen a post for this February box and was so sad I had missed the deadline for it. I commented on their page and was so pleasantly surprised when they responded they had a few left. They got me in contact with the right person and a few days later my box was delivered!

I went ahead and signed up for their 3 month subscription. They offer monthly, 3 month, and 6 month subscriptions. All of their products are fair trade and from artisans and farmers from around the world. The theme for this box was World Kitchen. It included items that can obviously be used in your kitchen. Each month the items arrive in a palm leaf basket from Mexico.

The items in this box included Coconut Sugar from Indonesia and also:

Handwoven towel from Guatemala

Coffee from Nicaragua

Pure Ground Vanilla from Madagascar

Inka Salt from Peru

Mini Tagine from Tunisa

The little booklet that comes with it tells more about each item and where they are from. On the back is also a recipe. This one was for Vanilla Yogurt Parfait so you can use some of the vanilla included in this month's box.

Light Blue Rock Candy Review - Cotton Candy Flavor

These Rock Candy Crystal Sticks from Candy Buffet Store are awesome! These light blue ones are Cotton Candy flavor. They really do taste just like cotton candy. Not overly sweet but they sure hit the spot if you're craving a little something sweet.

The wooden sticks are sturdy and smooth and 7 inches long. The rock crystals average about 4 inches. So you are getting a really good amount of candy. They are fresh and just the right hardness. Not so much they will break your teeth but still allow for a good crunch.

We have 4 boys and they were just as eager to test these out as I was. They loved them as much as I did! They liked they could easily suck on them a bit and then get a few chunks of rock off at a time to do some crunching. They liked that the wooden stick was easy to hold and they didn't get sticky.

These come in a 24 pack. Ours were separated into 2 packs and then each stick was individually wrapped for freshness. They were packaged very well and none of ours were broken.

These would be so fun for any type of party. I know with the Frozen craze they would make for some very fun party favors. This light blue color would also be great for a boy's birthday party or a baby shower. And of course they'd be great just for having on hand when you need a little sweetness in your life.

This sample set from Keomi Skincare came with 4 different scents of organic handmade soaps. Included were Green Tea Goddess, Golden Crown, Luscious Lavender, and Sea Breeze. They all smell amazing.

Each soap is handmade using the highest quality ingredients. They are made in small batches using the cold-press method to retain the benefits of the living oils. The base used for making the soaps is a blend of over 10 USDA certified organic vegetable, fruit, and seed oils, along with shea and cocoa butters.

This sample set is a good way to try a few different scents. The bars are a decent size so that you can use them a few times at least.

Sea Breeze

It was hard to decide which one to use first since they all smell so good but I decided to use the Sea Breeze first. I was hoping it'd transport me to a warmer place in my mind for a bit! This soap made my skin feel clean, it washed off easy, and left a nice scent on my skin after showering.

12-in-1 Headband Review

This 12 in 1 headband from Tough Brands is an excellent accessory to have for your workouts, outdoor activities, or just to look stylish! They have over 50 styles to choose from but being in a house full of males that are hunters I thought this camo print would be a hit for sure. I had originally planned to be the main user but after my youngest boy tried it out he has claimed it. I did get a chance to use it for a workout and an afternoon house cleaning before I had to hand it over.

There are 12 ways ways to wear this headband. It is stretchy and fit both of us really well. I ran it through the wash and it came out just fine. It's made from 100% microfiber which is a breathable material so it helps wick away moisture faster than other alternatives.

100% Pure Argan Oil Review

This Argan Oil from Foxbrim is made from 100% Pure ECOCERT & USDA Certified Organic Argan Oil. There are no additives, fillers, or fragrances and it is directly sourced from Morocco.

My hands have been so dry from the very cold weather we are having this winter so I have been putting a few drops once a day on. It soaks in rapidly and does not leave my hands feeling greasy. It has greatly helped to make my skin feel more moisturized.

There are many other uses for this Argan Oil including in your hair for softer & silkier hair, on your face for a more radiant glow, and also on your nails to make them stronger. This does have a very natural earthy scent. It's very light to me and I like that is smells very natural.
