Into the Soul is an interesting read. It's not a quick read. At least it wasn't for me. It was a lot to absorb because it deals with the author's personal journey at the beginning of the book and then goes into her work with her clients and their spiritual healing process.
They all have different reasons for needing to find what I think is closure or understanding of their situations. It's really hard to explain because they all have their own issues to work on. I think it's really about opening your mind to allowing things to let go and accept things.
