The Aegend Figure 8 Resistance Band is a lightweight band that is used for toning and strengthening. It can be easily packed to take with you when you travel. It is made from rubber latex. The handles are soft and comfortable to hold onto.
The band is a bit lighter and smaller than I expected but you can still get a decent workout. I think it's more for a beginner or someone that needs a bit less of an intense workout.
