After Keri's best friend Sophia and her husband are killed in a plane crash, Keri finds a diary while packing up her possessions. She decides to read it and discovers Sophia had secretly been in love with another man named Ryan. Keri hadn't known anything about him even though she thought Sophia and her never kept secrets from each other. She decides to find Ryan. There is friendship, tragedy, romance, and a bit of mystery in it.
This was a very quick read. I liked the plot but I really felt something was missing for me. I can't quite put my finger on it though. There were spots where I felt like it was lacking in detail and emotion and I just didn't connect with the characters like I normally do in a book.
