This set of 3 resistance loop bands from Fortitude Fitness makes sure you have no excuses for not working out. You can take them anywhere with you. It comes with light, medium, and heavy levels of bands and a little bag to stash them in.
The bands are each 2" wide and 10" long and made from eco-friendly (natural) 100% latex. I have used them for arm and leg workouts and notice they don't dig into my skin like other bands I've used. They also don't seem to have such a strong smell like some other bands do. At least to me I don't notice it as much. You might notice it more on your hands after using them than anything. I just be sure to always wash my hands well anyways after using any of my workout gear.

These bands are a great addition to have to mix up my fitness routines. I tend to get bored doing the same things over and over. These are great because they don't take up a lot of space and are so versatile. These bands are also used by physical therapists for rehabilitation for many types of injuries.
